• WhatsApp details: the number you provide, verification status, consent choices, and message delivery status when you opt in
• Admission stories: outcomes, institution, course, testimonial, evidence link, and publication consent when you choose to submit an update

We use your information to:

• Provide admission probability predictions and personalized recommendations
• Send relevant notifications about deadlines, cutoffs, and opportunities
• Improve our algorithms and user experience
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and offers through channels you have selected
• Verify a WhatsApp number with a one-time code when you request verification
• Review and, only with explicit publication consent, display approved admission stories as anonymized or privacy-safe social proof
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate (Supabase, Paystack, PostHog, and WhatsApp messaging infrastructure when enabled)
• Partner universities for admission processing (with your consent)
• Legal authorities when required by law

We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Supabase auth with secure password hashing (bcrypt)
• Row-level security on database tables

WhatsApp service messages are limited to account, verification, payment, report, or admission-update support that you request or authorize. Marketing messages are optional, require a separate opt-in, and include an opt-out path. Admission stories remain private unless you separately approve publication. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion at any time. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Marketing: Attribution for campaigns (opt-out available)
